Customer Care

As part of our commitment to you, every home buyer is provided with a copy of our Customer Care folder at the pre-closing walkthrough. This folder includes a Homeowners Guide with important contact information, maintenance calendar, tips, lawn and landscape care instructions, operating instructions, voter registration forms, customer care forms, as well as information our one-year customer service visit.

We are here to help, but in the event of an emergency, such as severe plumbing problems, loss of heat during extreme cold weather or a hazardous electrical condition or any problem that might endanger the occupants of the home, refer to your information sheet and contact the contractors directly. If however you decide contact a subcontractor directly, please also advise our office of the problem so that we can accurately track resolution of the problem.
